Scenario Description:I personally would like to have a blend which covers woman overall wellbeing ( cognitive, brain memory, liver, skin, and immune system). I drink red wine almost every day and my skin is dry, lack of sleep (working mom with 3 kids), irregular meal intake. I do regular exercise (HIIT 30mins and meditate 10mins). Thanks.
Scenario Description:Hai I would like a revision of my previous blend (Previour order number N-2020/****) I would want to achieve the same thing I mentioned previously i.e premenstrual and menstrual symptoms, brain and cognitive and memory functions since I am doing my masters now, and also maintaining my weight as well as good skin. However I would like a revision to ensure the previous one are safe for pregnancy since I am trying to conceive. And also would like an addition of any ingredient that would help in fertility as well since my daily life is quite stressful and it lowers the fertility potential.
Scenario Description:I drink 3 cups of coffee per day. Easily get headache if the whether is hot. I have been trying to reduce my body fat for the past one year, it does show some results for the 1st 6 months but it has been staying flat for the next 6 months. I try to increase the volume of exercise and control diet but it shows marginal improvement only.
