What is the cut off point?

All orders placed before 5pm will be picked up by our courier the next working day. We don't pick and pack at the weekend, so if you order then it will be packed on Monday and picked up by our courier on Tuesday. 

As a good estimation, deliveries usually take no longer than 3 - 4 working days.

Who should I contact for issues with my delivery?

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or mis-delivered, please contact care@nourished.asia within 7 days of the original delivery date. If we are made aware outside of this time period, it is unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered.
