How much does delivery cost?
Delivery on Nourished products are free!
Malaysia: For lower value orders under RM100, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of RM10 in line with our postage / courier costs.
Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: For lower value orders under RM300, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of RM30 in line with our postage / courier costs.

What is the cut off point?
All orders placed before 5pm will be picked up by our courier the next working day. We don't pick and pack at the weekend, so if you order then it will be packed on Monday and picked up by our courier on Tuesday.
As a good estimation, deliveries usually take no longer than 3 - 5 working days.
Where can I track my order?
We are usually really quick in processing all orders, all orders typically leave our warehouse the next working day. An email notification will be dropped in your inbox with the tracking number as part of our update.
Otherwise, you will also be able to find your order shipping status and tracking information under your shopping account dashboard.
Who should I contact for issues with my delivery?
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or mis-delivered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the original delivery date. If we are made aware outside of this time period, it is unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered.
