On average you’ll receive 6-7 ingredients per profile per serving.

Following every successful subscription, you will be directed to access our 5-10 minutes health assessment. Work through the guide at your free time and your profile will be assigned to your dedicated professional for screening and tailoring.

Your dedicated professional does! Based on your needs & depending on your profile, a coordinator will assign to at least 2 professionals, who specialize in the fields of nutrition, diet and/or medicine, who are best suited to design your plan.

We work on requests on a first-come, first-served basis. They are entered into your professional’s queue in the order that they are received. On average, professional takes 1-2 working days to undergo internal processes like design, screen, review and approve your personalized plan. 

Our business hour is 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (GMT +8).

Following the plan designed, should you have any concern that you must raise, you are free to share with the coordinator your thoughts and it will be escalated to your professional for a second review. 

We understand that as time passes, our needs differ too!

Following every subscription, your plan will undergo a standard manual review to make sure that the regime still suits and fits your needs. However, if you would like to continue with your current regime without re-doing the assessments on your next subscription, we are happy to deliver your personal happy plan as before too!

Behind every subscription is one customer profile. We would like to stay really focus, keep every customer profile individualized to their personalized plan.

So if you have a family that you would like to accommodate for, you can opt to have additional subscriptions.

At any time should you feel like cancelling the plan, we are happy to raise a refund as part of our Money Back Guarantee Promise. Depending which stage you're at, refund is either in partial or full.

- If a refund is raised before profile review, you are entitled with Full Refund.
- If a refund is raised after a regime is designed and before your personalization is scheduled for production, you are entitled with Partial Refund (personal plan minus professional service fee of RM200).
- If a refund is raised after the product is ready for delivery or have reached you, apologies we are not able to conduct a refund, but are happy to work out a resolution to best address your concern.
