Scenario Description:Hai I would like a revision of my previous blend (Previour order number N-2020/****) I would want to achieve the same thing I mentioned previously i.e premenstrual and menstrual symptoms, brain and cognitive and memory functions since I am doing my masters now, and also maintaining my weight as well as good skin. However I would like a revision to ensure the previous one are safe for pregnancy since I am trying to conceive. Scenario Description:I drink 3 cups of coffee per day. Easily get headache if the whether is hot. I have been trying to reduce my body fat for the past one year, it does show some results for the 1st 6 months but it has been staying flat for the next 6 months. I try to increase the volume of exercise and control diet but it shows marginal improvement only. I run 3 days a week, 5km each round with some mild knee cap discomfort.My skin is dry as well, my skin used to be oily. I also have mild virginal wall prolapse issue.
