Case Study 58: Female, 32 - Frontliner Emergency Doctor, Energy, Skin Complexion

Scenario Description: My skin is having a breakout, hence it is become my priority to have a good complexion of skin. I’m hoping to get the supplement to boost my energy, working as a frontliner emergency doctor in government hospital makes me to become easily fatigue after finished my shift. Running is my daily exercise, I will make sure I will have a running session of at least 4-6km per day (using treadmill) but I have difficulty to cut my sugar intake & my appetite.

I'm trying to get back on a ketogenic lifestyle; was around 51-53 kg for almost a year with the keto lifestyle plus till 6 months ago. Practicing intermittent and extended fasting regularly past 1-2 months after falling off the bandwagon past 6 months.
