Scenario Description:I drink 3 cups of coffee per day. Easily get headache if the whether is hot. I have been trying to reduce my body fat for the past one year, it does show some results for the 1st 6 months but it has been staying flat for the next 6 months. I try to increase the volume of exercise and control diet but it shows marginal improvement only. I run 3 days a week, 5km each round with some mild knee cap discomfort.My skin is dry as well, my skin used to be oily. I also have mild virginal wall prolapse issue.
