Scenario Description:Apart from my priority areas of youth preservation/Antiaging, men's wellness and antioxidants, am looking for a blend to get more energy and clarity of focus during the day. Something to boost my memory may also be good. For men's wellness am already taking some tongkat ali and vit d3/zinc but other supplements to boost testosterone is good. Scenario Description:I would like to lose weight in a safer manner yet I do not have the time to exercise. I am working for 12 hours a day and sleep less than 8hrs a day; probably 6hrs at max. I love to eat and hence really not helping me out in any way to lose weight. I tried dieting several times (water diet, vegetarian diet, keto diet) and very minimal results shown.
